FLAT RATE SHIPPINGÂOrders are generally shipped within 5-8 business days using USPS delivery. For standard shipping please allow 3-4 business days. Flat rate shipping fee of $5.00 applies to orders shipping to the United States. ​​DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: ÂFor calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $5.00 flat rate shipping to the United States. Free shipping for orders over $100.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGESWe accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging including attached tag and in the same condition it was received. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ike.built2020@gmaill.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
